An NMIMS alumnus, he has held leadership roles in top-tier IT service companies and has deep expertise in sales and behavioral assessments. His work spans diverse sectors including banking, insurance, public sector enterprises, and consulting. Alwyn’s strategic vision and hands-on experience with hiring inefficiencies inspired the creation of GamyQ—a platform designed to make recruitment faster, fairer, and more predictive.
